Beautiful restaurant, wonderful staff, decor is cute and very fun to look at. Staff is friendly and talk to you like people over customers. Sydney was still in training and did an excellent job. Definitely a highly recommended spot by me.

Have to give kudos to Crafty Crab. I was impressed. The had a deal with a delivery app. I asked for a substitution not expecting it. Most places wouldn’t do it. They did and the whole thing was favorable and a great price. Well cooked, especially for a delivery. That what i call customer focused. Thank you.

Visited Crafty Crab on Saturday of Mother’s Day weekend ,we are new to Wilmington .Our waitress Nicole was great she gave us a few suggestions for our Riverfront experience,I’m so glad we chose meeting her on or first outing in Wilmington.We will be back to crafty Crab this weekend the food and service was excellent
